I have a ServSafe food handlers certificate.
And I am constantly trying out new recipes to add to my menu.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do for my clients are corporate events, such as tailgates and picnics, but I have done a variety of other catering jobs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I hosted a tailgate party for a group of 500 for a High School Championship game. The party started at a 100 and quickly grew to 500. It was the biggest event I have done and everyone had an amazing time. This event was all outdoors in the elements of winter and which presented its own challenges but my team all worked together and we created a memorable event for our clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whoever you are hiring is reliable, and uses quality ingredients. When you host a party and have it catered, you know it's good when people ask for business cards.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my customers knew that I do more than just tailgate parties. Many of my events have included: weddings, cocktail parties, corporate picnics, school field day events, communions, christenings and graduations. I have done parties for up to 500 people, and as small as 25 people.
