Daniel and Gametime Catering did a fantastic job catering our BBQ Party. He was able to execute every accommodation we discussed with complete setup and takedown. Dan and his team did an amazing job catering our corporate tailgate event at a recent Giants game. The food (esp. the candied kielbasa) was delicious and prepared on time. Set up was professional and well laid out. Definitely will consider them for a future event

Dan and Gametime Catering did a fantastic job for us this past weekend. We did a tailgate themed Super 16 party for our son. We had approximately 100 adults and 50 kids. Everything was perfect. Service was impeccable, everything was clean and organized. There was plenty of food and everyone raved how great it was... We will certainly be using them again in the very near future! Thanks Dan & team!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ServSafe food handlers certificate. And I am constantly trying out new recipes to add to my menu.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do for my clients are corporate events, such as tailgates and picnics, but I have done a variety of other catering jobs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I hosted a tailgate party for a group of 500 for a High School Championship game. The party started at a 100 and quickly grew to 500. It was the biggest event I have done and everyone had an amazing time. This event was all outdoors in the elements of winter and which presented its own challenges but my team all worked together and we created a memorable event for our clients.
