I reached out to them on a Sunday and got a call back the same day! Scheduled an appointment and Mark showed up on time and I even got a call an hour before the appointment, him telling me he was on the way.
Determined my ice maker was indeed dead. He ordered a replacement came back and installed it.
Happy to report all is good and the ice is flowing!
Should I have any future appliancerepair issues, I will definitely call Mark again!

M ApplianceRepair was excellent. He was able to come to my home the morning after I contacted him. Another repair man had done an insufficient job and my washer was no longer working or turning on. I was in a jam about to have a baby and needed the problem fixed as soon as possible. M Repair immediately figured out the issue and returned power to the washing machine. He also re-did the original technicians job of ensuring the rubber drum was replaced and on correctly. He heard an odd noise and made sure to address it before leaving. Efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. Will definitely be using his services again for any appliance needs in the future! Highly recommend 10/10

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is free with any repair provided. However, if you decline the repair, you will be charged $99 inspection fee. 😊 We provide all type of discounts such us for senior citizens, loyalty, reference and for those who has a low budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact: Customer fills out a form on thumbtack to request service.
2. We schedule an appointment for diagnostic test to assess what is the problem and specifically which parts required.
3. Estimate: Based on the assessment, we provide an estimate for the cost of repairs.
4. Repair: If the customer agrees to the estimate, we schedule a time to come and make the necessary repairs.
5. Payment: Once the repairs are completed, the customer pay for the services rendered.
6. Follow-up: We follow up with the customer to ensure that the appliance is functioning properly and to address any further concerns.
7. Warranty: We also offer 6 months warranty on our repairs to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the work and to provide peace of mind in case any issues arise in the future.
