- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer many services so pricing is offered on an hourly or flat rate basis depending on what best meets the client's needs. My services are always very affordable and I offer much more to my clients than my competitors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I receive an initial inquiry, I first ask what is your vision for your event and what is your desired outcome.? What are you expectations of me? If I can provide the service they are looking for I dive right in and get work with my client on the details. Once I have that I begin to use my extensive resources to put together a perfectly planned event. I set a specific date to get back to client with a first draft of my creative ideas and we discuss it n great detail. Once the client approves the plan I send a time line back to them so all parties involved know where we will be every stage of the project planning. I work hard so they don't have to . I M PASSSIONATE ABOUT EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION AND MY PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN EVENT PLANNING REFLECTS THIS. Bottom line I am really really GOOD at what I do ;- )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is my best training, however, I am always continuing my education and knowledge in the wedding industry, meeting and conference planning industry, and group specific industry, and travel industry to stay abreast of latest trends and new things I can offer my clients. I frequently participate in webinars..familization visits...seminars...workshops, new certification opportunities & more
