FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, site conditions, equipment needed, materials, and hauling/disposal requirements. We try to be clear upfront so there are no surprises. Smaller jobs may be priced as a flat project rate, while larger grading, cleanup, barn, fencing, or land work may be estimated based on labor, equipment time, materials, and dump fees. We are happy to break pricing down so customers understand exactly what they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs and reviewing photos, measurements, or site details. If needed, we schedule a site visit to look at access, grade, drainage, materials, and equipment requirements. From there, we provide a clear scope of work and estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work, clean up the area, and walk through the finished project with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on farm, barn, property maintenance, equipment, and horse facility work. We are familiar with grading, drainage, land cleanup, footing, fencing, barn repairs, stall areas, pasture maintenance, and equipment operation. Because we work around horses and farm properties, we understand the importance of safety, durability, drainage, and doing the job correctly the first time.
