John responded very quickly. His reply included his license number, which put my mind at ease. We spoke (John is personable and knowledgeable), and he asked me several questions so that he would be prepared for whatever he might need for the job. He was prompt, courteous and respectful. His pricing was very reasonable and fair. I really can't say enough good things about the experience. Finding someone to work with in your home can be a challenge, so I truly appreciate John's professionalism and will recommend him to friends, family and co-workers.
