My business is my passion, and our mission is simple: you should be a guest at your own party. Growing up, I watched my mom, grandmothers, and sisters run themselves ragged at family events, never getting to truly enjoy the moment. Now, I’m here to change that. With a professional team of around 40 staff members, we handle everything: party prep, servers, bartenders, grillers, and thorough post-party cleanup. Every detail is covered so you can relax, connect with your guests, and actually enjoy your event. We’re truly passionate about what we do, and nothing makes us happier than seeing our clients having fun instead of working. I feels very important to make sure that you communicate with your customer. Which means you should call them. If you wanna make sure this clarity there was a mistake in the date of my event. There was a mistake in not bringing a bar and not having signs which was big. I wanted a bar and I wanted that look and I didn’t get that the catch I made on the time and the and the date, but if I hadn’t of caught that, even the bartender was told to come Saturday, so I wasn’t happy with not having signs drink signs, which I could have done myself and so I really was paying for not much because I also was told that I would get an email around what drinks what type of alcohol I should get and I didn’t get that either. I have used bartender service before they sent me all ideas around drinks. They sent me ideas on a signature drink. They came with signs. They came with a bar and it was less so not that happy.

Hi Kim, as I have said before, my apologies regarding the bar and the drink sign. The weather was very bad and I could not get it to my staff in time for your event. I provided you with a discount due to my not being able to provide you what you needed. I am glad you were pleased with the service, I am willing to admit my error, and I am trying to make it all right by offering you an additional 25% off this discount for future services which I sent to you right after our conversation. My apologies the experience did not go the way it should have and again I am willing to make it up to you. Happy holidays.
