- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits are non-refundable as written in the contract & are due at time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet new people ! So it is a pleasure to be of service for you and or your event! I typically like to greet my customers before hand at a consultation either in person or VIA Facetime / Zoom and then again 2 more times before the event or scheduled session. I take notes and ask questions to make sure I have everything you want and need to be captured to the best of my ability. Once you make the decision to book with me, i go over my contract with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We then proceed from that point on! * at the end of our time together i always throw in a little gift !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in child photography. I also have worked along side 2 presidents of the united states as USA Press.
