- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our clients is treated equally when it comes to price. Our installation rates are the same in every area we work in. We do not rate our clients based on demographics or geographic location. The rate and estimating process is the same at every level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always eager to conduct a phone interview to be sure we are each right for each other. Your expectations are as important as ours. If we each feel the fit is good we schedule a visit and start the process of evaluating your interests and plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent many years with the Builders Association here locally and while I am not currently an active member I have earned a number of accreditations. I have also earned much education in the area of home efficiency through the Builders Performance Institute. We are EPA certified and bring you 30 + years of home renovation knowledge and experience.
