Michael was very polite and his demeanor was very professional. He laid out the diagnostic approach he was taking and explained it. He was respectful of my inputs and was very helpful with my inquiries. He was transparent with his pricing and is fair. He came in with his son, who’s also an electrician apprenticing under him.
