Michael was very polite and his demeanor was very professional. He laid out the diagnostic approach he was taking and explained it. He was respectful of my inputs and was very helpful with my inquiries. He was transparent with his pricing and is fair. He came in with his son, who’s also an electrician apprenticing under him. Michael expertly installed 8 recessed lights in our living room, with extra care, attentiveness and a friendly attitude the whole time. I spoke with Elite M Electric on Monday, settled on a fair price Tuesday, and by Thursday afternoon they had my dimmed lights with 2 switches installed exactly as we wanted them.
