- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have accounts with several hundred suppliers, many of whom are available "to the trade" only. You act as our design assistant and our collaboration will produce a space that truly reflects you and fits your lifestyle and budget. Because our consultation is complimentary, your budget is just focused on the products that you purchase. So whether you choose custom window treatments, shades, lighting, accessories, wallcovering, bedding, floorcovering, area rugs, tile or furniture, we have the resources and expertise to handle it all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial complimentary appointment typically lasts about an hour. Larger projects may require more than one appointment. We will work together to create a design vision that matches high-quality home furnishings products with the lifestyle look our clients desire, whether it is traditional, transitional or contemporary. We will work with you from the idea stage all the way through delivery and supervised installation of all the furnishings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Colorado; 25 years in corporate design and graphic design for advertising industry in Manhattan; ongoing markets, trainings, workshops offered by our vendors and industry professionals.
