During the cold freeze this winter we had some pipes freeze and hot water stopped working throughout the entire house. They were able to come out same day and spent 10+ hours working to fix the issue. They ended up having to reroute the pipes and had 3 people over to finalize and check it. They also helped with some other random issues i.e., a kitchen leak and my washer hose had a bubble they replaced free of charge. They explained the issue to me very clearly, enough that I could understand and then explain to my husband and family. Felt comfortable with them in the house and with their fix. Would recommend.

Superb plumbing repairfrom 2500 miles away. When my distant Mother-in Laws boiler got stuck on and wouldnt go off, Titanium came to the rescue. Scheduled the appointment at night on an Holiday. Our technician, Bill, arrived promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly. He clearly communicated the proposed repair along with cost. Replacement part was on the truck. They were in and out in less than an hour. Meanwhile, our (former) plumber didnt answer the phone.

This was my first time using Titanium Plumbing. I found them through a google search for best plumber near me! I called on a Sunday and was able to speak with someone who LISTENED then took my information and scheduled a service appointment.Jason showed up before time, excellent! Looked at my shower head and explained the problem and how to correct. He also provided suggestions around the shower knob but later determined there wasnt a need to replace. While waiting for the part I asked Jason if he could take a look at the leak in my kitchen sink! Again, took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done correct!PROFESSIONALISM the entire time! Id recommend Titanium!

The service Rob and team provided us for a water pipe burst was exceptional. We were concerned that our emergency water issue would linger since it was a late night call, but Rob responded quickly and restored our water after capping the broken line. Pricing was very clear, and taking credit card for payment made the process simple. Highly recommend for an emergency plumbing need!
