FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing I am flexible. I do find a lot of photographers charge too much!! It actually annoys me. I would rather work on a person to person basis. I am more open to understanding the needs of the customer and then working out details of money once I have a feel for the job. I see people charge tons of money and frankly I don't find the work to be that great. I would rather build a clientele on my work not just saying I make tons of money on bad pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet or talk with the customer find out exactly what is needed and see if I feel I could insure that I can take on the job. I make sure all your needs will be taken care of from the start. If I feel I would have any problem fulfilling your needs I would discuss it and work out issues from the get go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background everything from charity events, weddings, green screening, birthday parties, graduations, photo shows, I'm totally self taught. Have taken courses independently as needed to learn new crafts. Video & video editing started out as a hobby that has landed me some fun extra things to add to my photo portfolio. You are never done learning in this field. Always something new to learn.
