- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and up front. No hidden costs and it is outlined in my contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person for an estimate, go over samples and which deck board is the right fit. Then I send my customers a price and if the customer is comfortable with everything I come back with a written out service agreement/contract and we both sign it and agree on a start date!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are the right fit for you!
