- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our assessments are FREE, commitment-free AND Judgment free! Our rates are $95 per hour per Worker Bee and we have a 3-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are excited to meet you and talk about what your organizing challenges are. We need to get to know you so that we can provide customized solutions. We want to be considerate of your time so we will be quick but need to make sure we gather all the information we need in order to service you and your space properly. Generally an assessment runs 30-45 minutes and will be followed up with a quote. Then we generally schedule within the next few days based on the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our Bees go through formal organized training highlighting the best technique and current trends in organizing products
