Finesse Custom Builders renovated our bathroom which included replacing vinyl flooring with tile, replacing tub/shower insert with new tub and tile from tub to ceiling, replace toilet, replace vanity, new mirror and new medicine cabinet as well as new lighting fixture and exhaust fan and fresh painting the ceiling and walls. This project also included a new shower fixture, new sink faucet new hand towel bar and bath towel bar as well as new piping and other minor plumbing repairs. Charlie and Kris did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship in every aspect, tile work, plumbing... everything was top notch. Aspects of what I appreciated was Charlie's responsiveness to my request for a quote, how quickly he came out to look at the job for the estimate, how quickly he was able to start the job and they finished it in a week!!! They are also the nicest people and the bathroom left me speechless. I'd seen pictures of the work Finesse Custom Builders does, but to see the work first hand is an entirely different experience. Charlie communicated every step of the way and I was never uncertain about what he was doing. If one of our requests needed to be modified, Charlie was very clear to explain what modification was needed why and provided great alternatives which maintained the integrity of the design. Charlie did not nickel or dime us, his estimate was spot on and any changes were discussed and agreed to including any slight increase. Finesse Custom Builders is a top notch firm. We have another bathroom renovation and we will absolutely be using Finesse Custom Builders again with no hesitation and no need to search for another firm. We hired Charlie because his estimate was in line with our budget, he was timely and because the reviews I read from others about their experience working with Finesse were helpful to us. I hope this review is helpful to others - I have zero reservations about recommending Finesse Custom Builders and Charlie Green and I'm really excited about the next project he and his team will be doing for us. Thank you Charlie and Kris - you guys are awesome and our bathroom is just beautiful!

I hired Charlie to rip out an old tub along with the tiles, in order to replace it with a new acrylic tub with acrylic surround. He came out to price out the job, and was straight forward from the start. When it came time to get the materials, he met me at Lowe's and picked out all of the materials with me. He was very flexible on anything I wanted. He spent 2 days redoing the tub, but made sure that I was able to use it on the first day that he spent doing it. The work turned out fantastic, he even fixed the draining problem that I had with my tub before. Charlie was very easy to talk to, and a very down to earth gentleman. He is willing to go above and beyond to look out for his customers. I will not hesitate to give him a call the next time I need work done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All great home projects starts with a few ideas. Color, décor, style, materials, budget...ect. But, how do you put all of these thoughts together? Your first step is to make an appointment for a free consultation with FINESSE CUSTOM BUILDERS LLC and let us shape these visions into reality. We will come to you and discuss your dreams and budget. Secondly, I will give you a FREE ESTIMATE, if not on the spot, within 24 hours. If you accept my proposal, we can start work right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of Custom Carpentry and Home Building experience. In addition to the many years of on the job training, I have an Associates Degree in Engineering.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just finished a kitchen renovation that only took 14 days. The cabinets were delivered in a week and the granite countertops were installed in 13 days.
