J & J leatherneck resolved a plumbing issue that has lingered in my home for a couple years. Jeremy was quick to identify the root cause and propose the right solution. He got the job done on-time and on-budget. The company also went above and beyond to cost effectively replace two faucets in my home. We could not be happier with the work done by Jeremy and his team. They did an excellent job installing out backup sump pump and were very knowledgeable. The price was fair and the work was well done. We have since used them again on another job and plan to use them for all our plumbing projects going forward. Highly recommend.

Very good work! They were very responsive and very punctual with the times they gave me. This was a commercial job and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Very professional, very polite. Their work was perfect and was being monitored by another professional that was not apart of their company and they even commented positively on their work. They also helped solve a water line issue that resulted in a very clean install. Very fair on price and very adaptable to overcome frustrating situations. I would highly recommend and they will be my go to in all future jobs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give active duty and military veterans discounts. We are fair and able to justify our cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and go look at the job see everything going on and make sure we are on the same page come up with a start date. Start the project and finish it as soon as possible. We don’t like saying it’s going to take a day and then it ends up taking a week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to vocational high school for this as well as schooling now to achieve the knowledge in order to give my customers the best quality work.
