Introduction: AdvantaClean of G&CC is an organization whose mission is to resolve water related issues in homes and offices within our community. We care strongly about Indoor Air Quality and strive to provide top tier customer service through the use of a well-structured, thorough approach to resolving our client’s issues. Our goal is to partner with our customers to identify any issues in their home and more importantly, to identify a reasonable solution to resolve that issue. While doing a remodel, we found mold under the carpet from a failed toilet wax ring in an adjacent room. AdvantaClean was prompt, polite & knowledgable. They took down a foot of drywall upon request to examine wall cavities for mold. Remediation took 3 days, during which Dave was very responsive to questions via text. I'd definitely recommend them. We're having them come back after our remodel to clean our ductwork.

AdvantaClean proved professional, friendly and responsive. They were always punctual, they listened as much as they explained, they worked with my schedule, and the price remained the same through completion. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of mold remediation will depend on the extent of the contamination. It is difficult to provide an accurate price without visual inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first interaction with a customer involves a discussion to determine the issue and more importantly to identify how best to resolve that issue. We will ask a number of questions so that we can determine which protocols to utilize.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by NORMI, (Certified Mold Remediation Specialist), the IICRC (Water Remediation Specialist), NADCA, OSHA, and the EPA.
