I did speak with Luis initially, and communication seemed fine at first. However, an appointment was scheduled for 2/9/26 at 5:30 PM, and the contractor did not show up and did not call to cancel. I followed up via text and through the Thumbtack app but did not receive any response. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and communication is why I’m giving two stars.

We get to know our customers first and we try to have a good communication with them. In order for them to feel comfortable working with us and making sure they are satisfied with our work.

We have 15 years of experience working with flooring installation and refinishing. We have great recommendations from our clients.
