I used J Cristalinas LLC (Luis) service to obtain a permit for my finished basement, which was originally completed by the previous owner. The permit was approved, and I successfully received the Certificate of Occupancy (COO). The entire process was complex, but Luis was prompt, clear and efficient. He prepared all the necessary paperwork and submitted it to the township within a day of signing up for his service. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on the progress and reminded me of any pending tasks. Luis also made multiple trips to the township to address objections and personally spoke with the inspector, who had some reservations about my application. He assured the inspector that any issues raised would be resolved promptly. When the township required certain fixes during the inspection, Luis provided a reasonable quote to address them. I’m very satisfied with Luis’s service and highly recommend him to anyone needing a permit for a finished basement.

They worked with me to coordinate re-finishing my kitchen floor during re-modelling project, and on short notice! Communication/responsiveness was excellent! Luis and his team did an outstanding job with the removal and expansion of my driveway. They were punctual, skilled, and meticulous in their work. The transition from asphalt to pavers looks fantastic.
While there was a last-minute fee for junk removal that wasn’t explicitly mentioned in the contract, I understand that unforeseen costs can arise. Luis did every effort to offset it and make sure he covers for the majority of the cost. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism.
I would highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.
