- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend seminars regularly to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was young, I always respected the manner in which my uncle would apply logic and reason to work through problems. He was a lawyer at the time, so was my grandfather. He's now a retired Appellate Division judge. I have always attempted to emulate the logic and reason employed by my uncle. From a young age I have wanted to be a lawyer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I handle all aspects of family law matters: child custody & parenting time, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, divorce, etc. I also handle all aspects of civil litigation, including contract disputes, negligence, intentional torts, and personal injury. I also handle criminal defense in superior court as well as criminal and motor vehicle matters, including DUI's, in municipal court.
