I spoke to Chris on the phone and he contacted me very quickly after I sent my request. He sent Alex to help me with my laptop. Alex is very patient and fixed the issue. Chris was great I have a small home network that the two computers could not talk to each other. I sent a message in with the project details, got a call maybe 15 min later and on that same call he not only did he volunteer to try remote first to save time and money he was able find the issue, fix the issuse, answer all my misc questions, show me what it was and get me up and working! Very knowledgeable, professional and upfront. Thanks Chris! Will hire again.
