We were able to make a next day appointment for our job which was to set up a new computer and transfer data from the old computer. Alex was very professional. He offered explanations for why he was doing certain things and offered suggestions for the little issues that came up. He was so very helpful and would not hesitate to have him back if the need arises.

I spoke to Chris on the phone and he contacted me very quickly after I sent my request. He sent Alex to help me with my laptop. Alex is very patient and fixed the issue.
