Emmanuel reached out to me as I was looking for someone to clean out my rental unit. This was impressive as I was still waiting on a response from someone else. He was available immediately as I needed him the next day and he showed up on time. He cleaned the entire aapartment for a really fair price. I would definitely work with him again. He did an excellent job which exceeded my expectations. He's polite, professional, and most importantly thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a cleaner

Emmanuel did such a great job! I booked a move out cleaning with only 2 days notice, but he responded within minutes and booked easily. Price was very very decent. I booked JBG because they were the first to respond and it turned out to be the best price out of all the others anyway. He was very responsive to messages, arrived early after texting to make sure it was OK, and he was very friendly and professional. I can't believe he was able to get all the limescale and soap scum off my glass shower, but he really put in the time and effort and made it like new. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT WORK! Will absolutely work with them again! Easy to communicate with, fair price, cleaned our 4 bed 3 bath home in Somerset County, NJ. 2 people came; they worked for over 7 hours and very diligently covering areas that our previous cleaner ignored. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on a number of factors including size of property, specific add-on cleaning jobs, extent of clean (deep vs standard), etc. I like to do a walk through with bigger properties and then give an estimate because hourly rates with bigger properties don't give a justifiable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through first to see what services customers want so I can note the important things they need done specific to them. then I am able to meet them face to face people feel better about opening their homes up to people they can put a face to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Great customer service skills, attention to detail and a hard worker.
