- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent. I charge based on the size of your home and the level of cleaning needed, and I always let you know the total before I start. There are no hidden fees. I do offer discounts for recurring cleanings, and I’m happy to work within your needs to find the best option for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I start by asking a few simple questions about your home and what kind of cleaning you need. Then I give you a clear estimate and help you choose the best service for your space. On the day of the cleaning, I arrive on time, walk through the home with you if you’d like, and make sure we’re on the same page. My goal is to make the whole process easy, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in residential cleaning since 2022, and over the years I’ve trained myself in effective cleaning techniques, product safety, and efficient time management. I also have hands-on experience with deep cleaning, move-in/move-out jobs, and maintaining different types of surfaces and floors. Every home I work in has helped me refine my skills and offer a higher level of care.
