I want to start off by saying I usually don't write reviews for regular services, but when a company provides fantastic work I try to go out of my way to let others know. The man I dealt with from Technowology (and I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) was very personable. This is always really important to me because I'm cautious about letting people in my home. Once I talked to the guy while he ran a few scans, I felt extremely relieved and comforted knowing he's a genuinely nice person. In the past I've dealt with a lot of other IT guys to help with my personal computers, and felt like they just come in, ignore you, overcharge and leave. I'd recommend these guys because you can tell they really enjoy their work and enjoy helping customers get exactly what they need. Thanks again for the great work guys!
