- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for referrals in the same area. The discount is $5 off the next cut. You can stack the discounts and get a free service. We have a minimum rate for lawns at $40 per lawn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do a walk through of the property either in person or via video chat to discuss any areas of concern and and obstacles to be aware of on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training with a licenced contracter to use heavy equipment like a bobcat (front end loader )and stump grinder.
