FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I perform for clients is editing existing materials and suggesting changes in content to better arrive at conclusions or keep a reader's attention. I also brainstorm ideas and write content from scratch to get a customer's ideas out of their heads and onto paper. I proofread and edit anything I write from scratch as well.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A current project I am working on is an ongoing comic called "Maho Shojo Robotto Daft Punk." I did not create the original idea, but I write most of the scripts from scratch and help guide the entire series' plot. Since I have taken over the writing duties, stories have gone more smoothly and with a strong emphasis on an overarching plot. The comic has gained many new readers since I have joined.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for someone in my field, it is also important to know their writing style. Just like no two artists are the same, writers can approach the same subject in very different ways. While this most obviously applies to fictional works, it can also impact the research and editing techniques writers use on professional documents. It is also important to know how quickly your client can work so that you can plan your releases accordingly.
