I love style, and the confidence that comes with it. When you put on a great outfit and feel like the best version of yourself, and you know you’ve nailed it. This doesn’t come easily for most of us, and usually requires some trial and error along the way. It can be intimidating or feel out of reach, but I firmly believe style is for everyone.
Even when you know what you like, finding the pieces and getting them to work together is sometimes a struggle. You might love shopping but want it to be a more fruitful experience, or maybe shopping is not how you want to spend your time, and need some shortcuts. Or maybe you want someone to shop for you?

Lila is amazing and I plan on working with her again in the near future. I wanted to re-do my entire wardrobe with specific styles and themes. Lila absolutely nailed it! Even offered different ideas I didn’t consider and brands to take a look at. She is very responsive and respectful of time, budget, seasons, etc. She was able to create my wardrobe for me pretty quickly/no long wait. She also gave me tips and advice on how to actually pick out full outfits and style guides - so now instead of having nothing to wear, I actually have different options and feel more confident when shopping. Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend! Lila created a custom style guide that answered every question I had about how to update my wardrobe and put together more stylish outfits. She shared the style guide through a really awesome online portal that contained sections for the style guide (with shopping links for every item), a "wardrobe" to keep track of any purchased items (from the style guide or uploaded manually), and a "looks" section to put together different outfits. There's even a function to request feedback on different "looks" or items through the portal. We met on zoom to talk through style guide and answer any questions. Lila is so easy to talk to and really understood what I was looking for.
I'm a 30 year old female. I requested outfits for casual and elevated weekend-wear. My style board focused on how to update my millennial style, especially finding new styles of jeans and shorts that work with my tall frame. I also requested advice on how to use accessories, transition outfits between seasons, and style some of my favorite clothing items. I filled out a detailed style quiz, made a Pinterest board of outfits I wanted to try, sent pictures of outfits that I already owned and liked, and sent images of my face and frame, so that she could better understand how to pick items that would work with my body type.

Lila Fox led me on a shopping excursion in Soho and exposed me to different brands and made thoughtful suggestions on clothing options that really suited me. She showed me how to wear different pieces and made color choices that I would not have picked for myself and I was pleasantly surprised! Working with Lila was great. I was in a real rut in terms of a post-COVID work wardrobe. Lila understood what I needed and selected pieces that worked well for my body. It makes such a huge difference getting dressed in the morning. I now have lots of business casual options that I feel good about. I like to have a call or zoom to introduce myself and get to know my customer and what they're looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A psychology degree and 20 years in the fashion industry - from retail to wholesale, small business to corporate. The bulk of my experience is in the denim industry, and I do wear jeans almost every day!
