I received a response to my online repair request within about five minutes and they were able to schedule a service call for the following day. The tech came during the designated window, diagnosed the problem quickly, and did the repair. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I had AltanCorp do a few project, including repair of a Bosch washer, servicing of a refrigerator and a mini-split AC. I was happy with all the work, particularly with the Washer repair. A repairman from Sears wanted to replace expensive parts to fix a leak, but AltanCorp technician quickly discovered the leak was due to a loose hose. He was generally very knowledgeable!
