- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have extremely reasonable pricing for a monthly service. You can also do à la carte wherever you feel like you need. (Like more sessions aside from the packages).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very relaxed conversation and the day to day look. Then what issues or dilemma, problem, solutions. The patient is looking to get from the sessions. What do the prefer on coaching strategies and style. What areas are in order of importance and what are the immediate needs.
