- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer new clients a 20% discount. My hourly rate to charge clients is in the range of $80 to $200 depending on the type of financial service that will be performed. I also charge a set fee for certain financial services that I know from the beginning of the work how long it will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a new customer an engagement letter which states what my fee will be for the work to be performed. The engagement letter will be signed both by the customer and myself. In addition, I will also give new customer all my information to include my cell phone number, email address, and other contact information. The information will be useful to customer in getting me the financial information needed to start doing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in accounting and also my certified public accountant license. In addition, I have over 25 years of combined experience working as an accountant, business consultant, management consultant, forensic accountant, and business valuation analyst. This extensive experience gives me the ability to perform a variety of financial services.
