The process for a new customer typically begins with a no-cost, in-home estimate. A technician will perform a detailed inspection of the existing HVAC system, including sizing, ductwork, and any specific concerns the homeowner has. From there, they will provide a custom-designed solution and a detailed quote. Once the customer signs the contract and financing is arranged, a convenient installation date is scheduled. After the installation is complete, the technicians will walk the customer through how to operate the new system and provide important information about warranties and rebates.
