Came home to a leaking boiler, reached out to Paws late that evening and my apt was booked for the following morning bw 8-11. Technician( Wesley) arrived shortly after 8, assessed my issue, gave me a recommendation and main office reached out with an estimate. I found the estimate reasonable, confirmed the go ahead, and shortly after another technician ( Filipe) showed up with my new boiler, while the old was being drained and removed. They were efficient and so personable. We are very happy with the work, and Paws will be returning to address some other issues in our home. Great service, prompt, clean and fair quote.

working with them was a pleasant experience. They’re honest they are punctual. They’re very knowledgeable in their work. We have a very old boiler oil system, and they had a technician that work with them and have been very gracious with us and patient in our lack of knowledge on how our system works, so I will highly recommend them anytime anywhere even if you find somewhere cheap cheaper sometimes cheap is not always the best honesty punctuality and fairness is always a good way to go.
