Very efficient, professional and responsive. Would be excellent except that a few scratches were left in my laminate floor after the piano was removed.

The only thing I didn't liked is that they complained because they said the Hercules' office told them it gonna be from elevator to elevator but I show them the email where I said 1st floor with stairs... I think they always will complain so you can give them some tip or you can forgive a mistake. Everything else was OK and I definitely would hired them again.

They do a tie up with another carrier for long distance movement and they don’t care for any quality or commitment with the original mover. For everything they this they will say this is what we got or speak to the original mover. They charged $350 for the long Cary charges stating it is 500 ft where is it was hardly 350 ft. They were very rude. They didn’t deliver 1 item which was missing and later found it was in their warehouse.

Price was too high, then I tried to hire someone with lower price but they matched the lower price and I hired them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly prices mentioned in the quote are based on per hour and there are 4 hours minimum per project. Also, there is just one hour standard travel charge. If you feel that your project is far less or just less than four hours, in that case please contact Hercules for a flat rate based on your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you have to discuss your project with one of our professionals, who will then provide you with an estimated quote. Once agreed upon, we will require a very small deposit, typically in the amount of $50-$100 depending on your quote. Second, on the day of the project itself, you will pay when the job is complete. Proper paper work, contracts, and receipts for all payments and work performed, goes without saying.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are professionally trained and experience movers. All movers working with the company are in house employees and under go annual training regarding more new and efficient ways to protect your goods.
