Hands down - Patrick at Appolonia Catering made hosting my sister's Surprise Jack & Jill Wedding Shower absolutely perfect in so many ways!! From the first time we met with him, we knew that it was going to be a perfect fit. We had our own venue booked at a local firehouse and just needed the food to complete it. Appolonia Catering was so nice, accommodating and helpful, and also very reasonably priced for being such short notice and close to graduation parties compared to others. The food is delicious and there's plenty of it!! All of our guests raved about the food. We chose a menu complete with a build-your-own Cobb salad, Coca Cola braised brisket sandwiches, build-your-own fajitas, tapas, empanadas and more! We are so thankful for everything that Patrick did for us to make the day, a party that we will never forget. We highly recommend Appolonia Catering to everyone!!! 5 stars!!! Thank you!🍔

Patrick really knows how to cook for all tastes. For people who can eat anything they want and for people like me on restricted diets. His eggplant "parm" without the cheese was better than the real deal.

Where do u begin to tell you about chef Patrick .. first the venue was picked the table settings done .. now the food .. working over the menu with chef Patrick was fun easy and he made suggestions that not only taste amazing the presentation was amazing ..his attention to detail was incrediable .. the feta and watermelon salad with a hint of mint wow .. what a summer salad .. delicious ! I can go on and on .. he managed to fill the stomachs of 165 hungry guests .. I highly recommend chef Patrick for any event ! He gets my vote .. and not to mention his million dollar personality ...

I just had an 80th birthday party for mom and 20 guest. Patrick recommended a unique menu for the BBQ themed event that was fabulous. The service was impeccable and set the tone for the wonderful meal that was to come. The brisket sliders AMAZING! It was evident Patrick has a passion for preparing exceptional meals. He went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend you consider Patrick for your next event. The overall experience was a pleasure!!
