I just had an 80th birthday party for mom and 20 guest. Patrick recommended a unique menu for the BBQ themed event that was fabulous. The service was impeccable and set the tone for the wonderful meal that was to come. The brisket sliders AMAZING! It was evident Patrick has a passion for preparing exceptional meals.
