Mr. Buha provided great service. He quickly found out what the issue with my computer was and remedied the problem. I will bring my computer back to him if I have any more problems with any of my computers. He's a good, honest guy.

My HP laptop had a broken fan, and JY Computer Services was a fantastic help. I needed the part itself, and someone to fix it without having to ship it out somewhere for a lot of money. JY's service was fast, only taking a couple of days for me to get my computer back once I dropped it off. It was also the least expensive option for computer repair around Baltimore that I could find, and they were very upfront about the price from the beginning. I have zero complaints.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate the charge by the amount of work I do. For example, virus removal and computer clean up may take up to 3 days because of scanning time used by different programs and making sure there's no threat to the computer left. But I usually charge for an hour of work.
