My husband states they were very professional and knowledgeable, but rigid with pricing. They performed a pool opening but failing to put back the cover anchors in their place. I mean really $349 and we can't put the cover anchors back into tye ground?l! Unacceptable in that aspect.

Hello Carol, We truly appreciate your time and comments. We opened your pool on June 6th, and during the visit, the water level was too low to run the pump. Since there was no hose available and the faucet was far from the pool, we had to manually fill the pump with buckets for about an hour just to get the system going. This took a significant amount of time and attention during the job. If there were any concerns about the cover anchors, we would have been happy to address them right away if we had been informed. We always ask our customers if everything looks good before we leave, and we are committed to making sure our service meets expectations.
