What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a brief phone conversation with the client before the free consult, in order to get the ballpark details of the matter. This way, when we do meet for the free consult, I can actually have already thought on your case and will give you a plan of action and true idea of YOUR case. Many attorneys use the free consult as a meet and greet, but I want to be able to address your specific needs and concerns.
