Ben was very honest about his diagnosis of my computer. The pricing was extremely fair and Ben did all that he could to save my computer. Although I had done irreparable damage, Ben came with solutions and suggestions for what more I could do outside of his help and his expertises. Ultimately, my hard drive has been replaced through Ben and is in working condition. Go with Ben if you are looking for fair pricing and efficient work.
