FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before anyone can become a client of mine, they must sign a retainer agreement for the legal service being requested. In that retainer agreement, I will explain very clearly to each client how my fees work. Some cases, like criminal defense work and some estate planning, will be done on a flat fee. Other work will be performed on an hourly basis, but this will be described in detail in each retainer agreement and explained to each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all lawyers who are licensed to practice law by the states of New Jersey or Pennsylvania are required to obtain 24 credit hours of continuing legal education ever two years. At these "CLEs," I can get updated on specific areas of law and how to best practice in that field.
