- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set per hour, but the value covers way more. I offer basic nutrition for every client no extra cost. I work with each clients needs outside of paid hours to ensure the entire health and fitness focus is about their needs, and I customize each clients program to make sure every workout and nutrition focus is accounted for. I am available to my clients 24/7 and I make scheduling easy. partner and small group is cost effective and a great weekly addition to your workout regiment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer receives a free one hour session to assess goals and limitations and ensures that we are a great fit. We will go over past history and any current injuries or limitations, assess capabilities and areas of improvement or focus, and design a week by week program that includes basic nutrition and other workout days outside of my one on one sessions. Working with partners and small groups have similar programing within a group dynamic. Every Person that schedules their free consultation and shows up will walk away feeling more confident and ready to meet their goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certification is from National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia. I have 500 hours classroom and 500 hours on the floor training experience, and 100 hours of Nutrition that is included with this certification. NPTI is directly partnered with NASM, which is a part of the testing and instructional process. I also have an AA degree focused in Philosophy and I am a former United States Marine.
