I offer a holistic method to nutrition, which means that I look at how every area of your life is connected. Does stress in your relationship or at your job cause you to overeat? Does low energy or lack of sleep stop you from exercising? Which medications are you currently taking? As we collaborate, we examine how every part of your life affect the whole.
No single diet works for all:
The idea of bio-individuality is that every individual has his or her own nutritional requirements. So when the experts say, fat is unhealthy, or dairy is good for you, its an excessive generalization. One individuals food is another individuals poison, and that is why fad diets do not work in the long haul. I examine your health history, age, blood type, activity level, personal preferences, and metabolic rate to determine your dietary needs.

In addition to reviewing your eating habits, we also examine your relationships, career, physical activity, and spiritual practice. We will work together to balance all of these primary foods to achieve your optimum health.
