- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize flat fee billing for most types of cases. With extended litigation, we utilize blended fees which involve partial flat fee and hourly billing depending on the nature of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up an initial call where Alan Minato, Esq. will personally speak with you about your case. You have the opportunity to describe your needs and concerns and ask questions. In person meetings can be scheduled as needed. Second, we follow up the initial call with an Intake form to be completed and returned. You can submit additional relevant information about your case for attorney review. Third, Attorney Alan Minato will personally assess your case and provide you with a legal analysis, plan and cost estimate. Fourth, if both parties agree with the plan and cost estimate, the parties enter into a standard legal representation agreement and the representation can commence.
