Make Fixall Mechanical your first call! I needed a toilet repair to fix a leak coming from my upstairs toilet. I did not have a trusted plumber so I came to Thumbtack. I, like many others, have some hesitancy when hiring skilled laborers I have not worked with before. However, seeing the plethora of positive reviews for FixAll made it an easy choice to reach out and I'm very happy I did. Fixall responded within seconds of my message and within 10 minutes we had an appointment for the same day! TJ arrived at the agreed time, took stock of the issue and knew exactly what needed doing. TJ worked quickly and efficiently and I'm very happy with the result. I had even dropped another job on TJ while he was here that we did not previously discuss, to which TJ happily agreed to and got it done. The charge for both jobs was extremely fair and the quality of work was excellent. I'm relieved to know that I now have a trusted plumber that will be my first call for any plumbing related issues!

My boiler stopped working. I looked up reviews for someone to repair it. Joseph from Fixall called me back within 2 minutes and came out in short order. I had hoped that it only needed a cleaning but from what I described about what had happened (i replaced the rollout switch twice.) although he wanted to do the cleaning for me, but he said it was dangerous and was concerned that it could leak CO and possibly start a fire if he cleaned it. I asked what it would cost to replace it. Several days later, he gave me a fair price for a new one. We agreed on doing the replacement. I paid 50% with a check to start and his crew came by on time and completed the replacement in less than a day although their work day did start for them at 7AM. Their work was very professional and the site was immaculate. I’ve paid him the remaining 50% and am only waiting for the old boiler to be removed which is not a problem as it’s sitting in my unfinished basement. My home is warm and the work was done very professionally at a fair price. Also, Joseph tries to please so be clear about what you expect. I wasn’t and so was surprised but it all was resolved quickly so he gets 5 stars. May be 6 if it were available.
