I recently had my HVAC system repaired by Hands on Property Solutions, and I was very impressed with the service I received. The problem I was having was that my HVAC in the attic was leaking water to the second floor while cooling. Dejour, the owner, came out to assess the problem and explained everything from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems, and he was able to identify the problem quickly. He also offered solutions to prevent the water leakage from happening again, such as getting the ducts cleaned regularly.
The repair process was very smooth. Dejour arrived on time and got to work right away. He was very professional and courteous, and he made sure to clean up after himself when he was finished. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I was very happy with the results.
The cost of the repair was very reasonable, and it took Dejour less than one hour to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Hands on Property Solutions to anyone who needs HVAC repair. Dejour is a knowledgeable and experienced technician, and he provides excellent customer service. I would definitely do business with him again, and he will go into my Black Book for Top Businesses!

We had some AC pump issue and reached out to Dejour. He offered some guidance over the phone and showed up on time. Good communication and fair price. He helped us identify the issue and offered solve it. We also hired him on site to clean the AC unit coil.
