The contractor came to my house to work on my boiler on a Sunday. He told me he would do the job for $150, only to charge me $250 when he was ready to leave. Broke the tube that measures the water level, said he would be back the next week to fix it, but when the date came he said the part was ordered and would be there the following week. I have been waiting since. I now have to pay another contractor to place this tube back. This guy is not a good business person and can not trust his word. Refuses to pick up the phone or text back.

Jean contacted us that the heat in his house is not working and he is available only on Sundays .Even though we are usually closed on sundays we made an exception. WE AGREED ON A TRIP CHARGE and diagnostics for $150. When we arrived found that his steam boiler had too much water in it. We drained enough water and repaired an electrical short. We got the boiler started, then we realized that it has not been serviced in years, the water was so muddy and brown, we agreed on draining the system and refilling it using buckets for an additional charge of $100. During the cleaning the glass tube was so full of mud broke while trying to remove it. It was bypassed temporary and would be ordered. The boiler was operated safely without it and the heat was back on. Will upload all the text messaged that followed showing he was never home when the glass tube arrived.
