- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sell monthly programs that include a one-hour in person workout per week and additional on-line workouts for the rest of the week with accountability and coaching. All programs are individually designed to meet your goals, likes and limitations. Nutrition coaching is also available. Additional sessions can be purchased at a reduced rate if you want to meet up more than once a week. I switched my pricing to this model because it takes time and commitment from both the client and the trainer to reach your goals. Base price runs about $400/month, discounts are available for multi-month packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial consultation and perform a functional movement screen and thorough health history to screen for any injuries or muscle imbalances. After discussing your specific goals I design an exercise program to meet your needs.
