Introduction: I get extremely excited about guiding my clients to set goals and put them into action, keeping them motivated and involved, providing them with programs specific to their individual needs, and making sure their safety comes first. In my experience, most people can do so much more than they ever imagined and make unbelievable progress from our first sessions.
I tailor every client's workouts specifically for them—if they're having an "off week", we adjust to their level and then pick it back up when they're 100% again.
