- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to provide the best service have to improve our knowledge. Member of our company has Certified Bookkeeper recognition which require to have 60 Continuous educational credits every 3 years. Also, our tax law has changed every year. IRS also requires to take continuous educational classes. In order to better serve our customers we want to know every changes in accounting , tax or notary public laws. Member of our staff is IRS Annual Filing Season Participant (AFSP). Member of this program has limited representation rights in front of IRS. In order to be part of AFSP tax preparer has to take 18 CPE credits and pass exam.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you hire tax preparer make sure that he or she registered in IRS as a professional tax preparer and also registered in IRS as an electronic filer. Also, member of our staff is IRS Annual Filing Season Participant (AFSP). Member of this program has limited representation rights in front of IRS. So, every tax professional has to have two numbers and every year take continue education credits.
