- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $100.00 billed in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes to start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will complete a form detailing the services they need as well as the timeline of work. Once reviewed, I will let the client know the minimum cost for the consultation and payment structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been at the executive level of management for decades, I am adept at handling employees, organizing internal processes and motivating staff. I am certified as a motivational speaker and am known by colleagues as the "form queen" for my ability to create spreadsheets and correspondence.
